Rinascita
Contributed to design and animation for a student documentary called Rinascita, a story about the revolutionary rebirth of ancient break-making in Italy. As farmland continues to be damaged each year, a new wave of Italian bakers have adapted ancient grains to revolutionize bread-making in Italy to bring back the culture of bread and the rebirth of soil health. I also helped edit the film’s subtitles and design the end credits, which the team wanted to keep simple and understated.
This is a beautiful film, and it was wonderful collaborating with Katrin and Tessa. I’m so glad I could be a small part of bringing this story to life. Watch the full doc here.
